Staff House
Pubblicata in Gazzetta Ufficiale la misura Staff House, promossa dal Ministero del Turismo, che stanzia 120 milioni di euro per affrontare in modo strutturale la carenza di alloggi per i lavoratori del settore turistico, con l’obiettivo di favorire una maggiore stabilità occupazionale e una migliore qualità della vita dei dipendenti.
Sono previsti contributi fino a 5 milioni di euro per la riqualificazione, ristrutturazione o riconversione di immobili da destinare ad alloggi per il personale, nonché contributi fino a 3.000 euro annui per posto letto in affitto, a supporto delle imprese che scelgono il mercato della locazione. Gli immobili devono essere destinati al personale per almeno 9 anni, con canoni ridotti del 30% rispetto ai valori medi di mercato, in un’ottica di housing sociale e di contenimento dei costi per i lavoratori.
Le agevolazioni coprono fino al 50% dei costi ammissibili per le PMI e fino al 15% per le grandi imprese, inserendosi nel quadro degli aiuti di Stato e delle misure a sostegno della competitività del comparto turistico. L’obiettivo è migliorare il welfare dei lavoratori, rendere più attrattive le posizioni lavorative stagionali e non, e rafforzare la competitività e la capacità di programmazione delle imprese turistiche, soprattutto nelle aree a forte pressione turistica dove il costo degli alloggi rappresenta una criticità rilevante per il reperimento e la fidelizzazione del personale.
