Gennaio 2026 si apre con un segnale positivo: il prezzo all’ingrosso dell’energia elettrica (PUN) e del gas (PSV) è in diminuzione rispetto allo scorso anno. Dal 2026, il Servizio di Maggior Tutela è definitivamente superato per tutte le categorie non vulnerabili.

Chi non ha effettuato una scelta attiva è stato automaticamente trasferito al Servizio a Tutele Graduali. Sono componenti regolate da ARERA e uguali per tutti i fornitori. Nel 2026, gli oneri a copertura degli incentivi alle rinnovabili incidono ancora per circa il 20–25% del totale fatturato, rappresentando quindi una quota non trascurabile del costo complessivo.
Potenza Impegnata

3. Prezzo Fisso o Indicizzato? Una scelta di risk management

– aziende con capacità di assorbire oscillazioni mensili,
– realtà che accettano un maggior grado di variabilità in cambio di un potenziale risparmio nel medio periodo.
4. Cinque consigli per scegliere il fornitore nel 2026
4.1 Non fermarti al solo prezzo al kWh
Un prezzo energia molto basso può essere compensato da quote fisse (PCV) elevate, che erodono il vantaggio apparente. È quindi essenziale valutare l’offerta nel suo complesso, considerando sia la componente variabile sia quella fissa.
4.2 Controlla lo “spread” o “alpha”
Nelle offerte indicizzate, lo spread (o alpha) rappresenta il margine che il fornitore aggiunge al prezzo di borsa. Nel 2026, per il segmento business, uno spread equilibrato si colloca indicativamente tra **0,01 e 0,02 €/kWh**. Valori significativamente superiori possono ridurre il beneficio dei ribassi di mercato.
4.3 Valuta la Certificazione Verde

4.4 Pretendi un Servizio Clienti Dedicato
Per un’impresa, passare ore al telefono con un call center è un costo indiretto rilevante. È preferibile scegliere operatori che offrano:
– un referente business dedicato,
– canali di contatto chiari,
– tempi di risposta definiti.
Questo riduce inefficienze operative e velocizza la gestione di eventuali criticità.
4.5 Utilizza Strumenti di Monitoraggio
Nel 2026, un fornitore evoluto mette a disposizione portali e strumenti digitali per analizzare:
– picchi di consumo,
