Comunità Energetiche Industriali: L’Unione che Abbassa la Bolletta nel Nord-Est e in Lombardia

Il tema delle Comunità Energetiche Rinnovabili (CER) è diventato centrale nel 2026, trasformandosi da semplice esperimento di sostenibilità a vera e propria strategia di sopravvivenza e competitività per i distretti industriali del Nord Italia. In Veneto e Lombardia, la densità di capannoni e l’alto fabbisogno energetico rendono questo strumento estremamente redditizio.

Nel 2026, il costo dell’energia non è più solo una variabile subita, ma una leva su cui l’imprenditore può agire attivamente. Le CER Industriali permettono a gruppi di imprese situate nella stessa area geografica (sotto la medesima cabina primaria) di condividere l’energia prodotta da fonti rinnovabili, ottenendo incentivi economici diretti e una drastica riduzione degli oneri di sistema.

 

1. Il Modello: Prosumer e Consumer in Distretto

Nelle zone industriali di province come Vicenza, Bergamo, Brescia o Treviso, le imprese si stanno organizzando in “ecosistemi energetici”:

  • I Prosumer: Aziende con ampie superfici di copertura (capannoni) che installano impianti fotovoltaici sovradimensionati rispetto al proprio fabbisogno.

  • I Consumer: Aziende energivore (fonderie, plastiche, meccanica pesante) che consumano l’energia prodotta dai vicini nel momento stesso in cui viene generata.

 

 

2. I tre vantaggi economici della CER nel 2026

Partecipare a una CER industriale non significa solo “fare del bene all’ambiente”, ma migliorare il bilancio attraverso tre flussi finanziari:

  1. L’Incentivo del GSE sull’Energia Condivisa: Il Gestore dei Servizi Energetici eroga un premio in denaro (circa 110-120 €/MWh) per ogni kWh prodotto e consumato istantaneamente all’interno della comunità. Questo premio viene poi ripartito tra i membri secondo accordi privati.

  2. Riduzione dei costi di rete: Consumando energia prodotta localmente, si evitano le perdite di rete e si ottiene lo storno di alcune componenti tariffarie in bolletta.

  3. Vendita dell’eccedenza: L’energia prodotta e non condivisa viene comunque immessa in rete e pagata al Prezzo Unico Nazionale (PUN), garantendo un ulteriore ricavo al proprietario dell’impianto.

 

 

3. Transizione 5.0 e CER: Il volano degli investimenti

Un elemento cruciale del 2026 è la sinergia tra le CER e il piano Transizione 5.0. Le imprese che investono in impianti di autoproduzione per la CER possono accedere a crediti d’imposta potenziati se dimostrano un risparmio energetico complessivo nei processi produttivi. Questo riduce drasticamente i tempi di ritorno dell’investimento (ROI), portandoli spesso sotto i 3-4 anni.

 

 

4. Il Ruolo di Refinanx nella creazione della CER

Le CER industriali rappresentano la fine dell’era dell’approvvigionamento isolato. Per una PMI di Padova o di Monza, unirsi ai vicini di capannone per gestire l’energia significa mettere in sicurezza i margini operativi contro la volatilità dei mercati energetici globali.
